promoted by some very influential people, such as movie stars
and other people who were in the public eye.

weight using fad diets and have done so in an amazingly short
period of time. If you really need to lose weight quickly
because of an upcoming event, it is difficult to beat what some

There are also some fad diets
that are extremely healthy for you. For example, some people go
on an all raw food diet which most of us would consider being
somewhat extreme. The fact of the matter is, it is a fad to do
this but it is one of the healthiest fads that you could ever
take part in. By getting rid of all of the processed and cooked
foods from our diet, you would be surprised with how amazing
you will feel.
Unfortunately, most fad diets
are not something that you are going to be able to stick with
for the rest of your life. As a matter of fact, the weight will
leave and come back as quickly as the fads come and
disappear.
There are also some fad diets
that are out there which are extremely unhealthy for your body.
Yes, they may help you to cut some weight rather quickly but
you're also going to harm your health in the long run. It is a
much better idea for you to go with a healthy diet and to skip
the fads altogether.
