The only thing you're going to be taking into your body is a drink that consists of water, maple syrup, lemon juice and cayenne pepper. It is a little bit difficult to stay on but you will lose weight rapidly and you will probably like the way that you feel because of getting rid of many of the toxins in your body.

Finally, you may be able to lose weight fast by cutting yourself down to almost no calories in your diet. This is an extremely radical way to lose weight and it will only work for a few days. Eventually, your body will go into starvation mode and no matter how much you try, you will be unable to lose weight for the long term with this program. It is also extremely unhealthy so although it works, I don't recommend it.
