should be able to cut your calories down by 2000 calories per
day and lose 4 pounds per week, right? The fact of the matter
is, if you cut your calories down to this extent your body is
going to go into starvation mode and it will add any calories
that you put into it as fat.
Believe it or not, you need to
feed your body in order to lose weight. Cutting back too much
on calories is not a good idea and does not promote permanent
and healthy weight loss.
